and A2 milk. It is also advancing dairy automation

is a dairy town blessed with vast, high-quality grasslands.
The cows are raised on nutrient-rich pasture with care,
resulting in high-quality milk.

KONSEN

This region combines Nemuro and Kushiro of
eastern Hokkaido. Known for its thriving dairy farming,
the region boasts the largest output of
raw milk in the country.

What is
Premium Milk?

Only milk that meets strict quality
standards earns the title “Premium.”
It begins with high-quality
raw milk that contains
no less than 3.5% milk fat
and
at least 8.5% non-fat milk solids.

Premium Milk must also meet
rigorous criteria for hygiene,
low bacteria count, and even
the health of the cows.
Only milk that passes
all these benchmarks is worthy
of the name Premium.
